Privacy Policy
How Visit Nepal handles your information, including cookies used by Google AdSense and how to opt out.
Who we are
Visit Nepal (https://sanothimi.com) is run by Sanothimi in Nepal. Contact: info@sanothimi.com.
Information we collect
You can use the whole site without an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details. The trip planner keeps your plan in the page address and your own browser; it is not sent to us.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) records basic technical logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you.
If you email or message us, we use what you send only to reply to you.
Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)
We show advertising through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Google may also use cookies and similar technologies to measure ads and prevent fraud. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's advertising policy.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and opt out of many other vendors' personalised ads at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; ads will then be less relevant, but the site will still work.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, through Google's consent message.
Other services the pages use
Photos load from Wikimedia Commons, so Wikimedia's servers see your IP address when you view them (Wikimedia privacy policy). Map and direction links open Google Maps, and share buttons open WhatsApp or your device's share menu, only when you click them.
Children
The site is a general travel guide and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date below shows the latest version. Questions about privacy: info@sanothimi.com.
